Company history began in 2000. Claudina Douglas along with a couple partners founded ADR Financial to begin accounting services for Charter schools and non-profits. The partners split and Claudina formed a new company on her own.

Claudina Douglas took her clients from the split of ADR Financial and formed ADI Business Solutions to continue the excellent service her customers came to expect.

The immediate success of ADI necessitated the first expansion into a larger office & hiring of new employees.

By early 2012, the services provided and happy customers of ADI continued and the company expanded again into a larger office within the same building in Tempe.

After continued growth, ADI once again required more space and in 2021 moved into a larger office a couple miles from the original office.

ADI BUSINESS SOLUTIONS was founded by Claudina Douglas. Because of the honesty, integrity, loyalty, and trust consistently displayed by it's founding member, ADI is held in the highest regard by its' clients, competing organizations, and other service providers.

Claudina Douglas is passionate about supporting the mission of our clients. She has extensive expertise and experience in Public Schools, Charter Schools, and community based organizations. Ms. Douglas has previously worked for two school districts, and a client business services provider for charter schools in Arizona. Ms. Douglas focuses on the coordination of all operational aspects of the client’s business, paying particular attention to the value of ADI services to current clients.
